Because ‘bites or itching’ in the bed could be a myriad of other conditions a thorough inspection is indispensable. Bed Bugs live in cracks and crevices, particularly around the head board, bed framings and base boards. A clue to an infestation will be the reddish brown or black faecal spots around these areas or small ‘blood spots’ on the bed sheets.
Once Bed Bugs have been brought into the house they can be difficult to eradicate by someone other than an experienced Pest Controller.
